How to Enable Long File Paths on File Explorer

Hi Everyone,Is enabling long file path possible? I have set LongPathsEnabled in the registry to 1 and also enabled it in Local Group Policy Editor (Administrative Templates > System > Filesystem).The instructions in Maximum Path Length Limitation - Win32 apps does not work.The computer has been restarted multiple times but still unable to create file/folder paths longer than 260. I am running Windows 10 21H2.
