Why does sometimes my wifi connection has been disconnected and if I'm trying to connect on current wifi, it says "Can't connect to this network"?

Also I need to restart or wait several things to completely connect my laptop. Even I have wifi on other device, this wound be haplen only in my toshiba satellite L55-A5226 laptp.
