All of a sudden, I cant open advanced settings in my windows defender firewall due to a restriction

When I click advanced settings, it brings up a dialog box that says, "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator."I dont have the disallowrun key in registry editor under \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\ like most search results say to look for. I also can't open the group policy editor due to the same dialog box blocking it. I've always been able to access the firewall advanced settings before with no issues. This just started happening.
