I've been having problems with explorer.exe for a few days, which is very slow and often freezes and restarts unnaturallysince the update april 29, where every time I shut down and turn on the PC it always gets windows ready, I've tried a number of ways starting from windows update, cleanmgr, changing the settings to the best performance, turning off several startups, turning off and restarting the Microsoft service, dism, clear temporary files, windows, cache , local app data temp, to clean the storage where the CPU and RAM memory are very safe (disk keep 100% because of system). until today
