My Game Shows the forza Horizon 5 icon and crashes

I tried - Reinstalled Forza 3 times- Verifing game files- Updated Windows- Updated Graphics Card- Updated Visual C++ Redistributable- Updated DirectX- Restarted PC Several times- The Game does not Pop up a windows log in event viewer- I Installed the newes DirectX - My time/date is correct - I turned of Gamemode - I have higher then the requirements for the game, Ive played this game before on my pc.
