Very weird situation. Last night my PC crashed during a windows update. When it booted into safemode my OS boot drive was no longer visible. I sacrificed one of my drives I have some games installed on and did a fresh windows update to it. I then copied that windows install over to my original OS drive to hopefully replace any corrupted files. I then when into command prompt and did bcdboot j:\windows /s h: /f UEFI (J was the drive letter assigned to my original OS drive with the new windows drive).
