I'm not entirely sure this is a Microsoft question. I had spoke with an agent in a Microsoft chat, and she told me it was a hardware issue. I don't think I've changed anything with the software, and the fan replacement was from eBay and I don't think it was officially from Dell. It has been about 2 years since I replaced the original laptop fan and thermal paste due to laptop's GPU temperature going to 90 degrees. I know that is the GPU temperature and not the CPU temperature, but I think the GPU and the CPU are one chip/thing or they are close to each other. I don't know if the high temperatu
