Hi :’) So my PC hasn’t been functioning well so I decided to do a clean wipe of everything. When it finished everything was normal until I logged into my account and onto the desktop. I cant see anything on my desktop except the search-bar/taskbar which I cannot even use and a black screen. It keeps flashing. On the bottom corner I have a notification saying, “NVIDIA Control Panel is not found: Click here to install NVIDIA Control Panel from Microsoft store.” However, when I click on it I really believe that nothing happens.
