Every time since mid February of 2023 (I suspect starting with the february 14th KB5022834 update, but as far as I can tell this isn't a problem with the update, but with the manifest becoming corrupt, as explained both later and in the title) my computer attempts to install the cumulative update, gets stuck at 20% on the progress marker, and then fails, spitting out error 0x800f0831. (This is extremely annoying as this causes it to repeatedly attempt to update and thus slow everything on the computer to a glacial pace at regular intervals.)I poked through the CBS log and looked around a bit,
