I had trouble with my desktop icons, and somehow messed up my desktop. The text of the name of file (under the icon) is very very tiny. In my browser, the "file" Edit View History Etc tab fonts are very very tiny. And when I right click on the desktop, the window is very small.I right click on the desktop, go into Display and it says a custom scale factor is set (written in red) but when I click turn off and sign out, nothing happens, everything is still very very small. The "Change the size of text, apps and other items," has 175% but it's whited out and I can't change it. When I go i
