I'm at a total loss.removed norton with their removal tool.loss all internet accessdid a netsh int ip reset and now network connection says "internet access" however no internet and I cannot even ping my router or 8.8.8.8 - error message is "General failure"tried to Type ipconfig /flushdns and still does not work.netsh winsock resettried disable ipv6: netsh int ipv6 isatap set state disablednetsh int ipv6 6to4 set state disablednetsh interface teredo set state disabledisable windows firewall, still no good.Nothing works! can anyone help? thanks in advance.
