After 2-3 minutes of playing GTA V at 60+ fps, it drops to 34-45 fps for no reason. Help!!

While casually playing GTA V (offline) Version 1.0.2612.1 , the game (when it just loads) runs 60+ fps (max settings) for sometime but turns to 34-45 fps for i don't know what reason and it's annoying.Please help me!!My pc specs are : I5 2400 GTX 1650 8 GB ddr3 ram 1333mhz Zebronics ZEB-B75 motherboard I searched the internet for this and i think this is called a "memory leak" but cannot figure out how to fix this.I could attach a video (not screen rec) of this issue if needed too.Thanks
