Hi, so i recently just got a new Elgato Capture card. I Got the HD60 S and when I first got everything hooked up it was working but then I restarted my pc and I now just get and error and it says "The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned and windows does not recognize it!". I've done multiple things to fix it, I've looked up countless videos on YouTube and I haven't been able to fix it. The weird thing is though. If I plug it into the the I don't want to use for capturing (example my gaming pc, not my streaming pc) I don't get the error and it works fine. So I'm not sur
