I was charged 69.99 for storage and have since learned that I do not use Microsoft storage. How do I get a refund and make sure that i am not charged

On March 9th, I paid Microsoft $69.99 for my storage, as in an email you stated that my cloud was full and I needed to get more storage or I would lose my documents and pictures. I paid on my credit card, and then found out that I do not use Microsoft storage. I want to get my credit card account credited back, and I need to make sure that I am not billed again next year. How can you help me with this issue?
