Everytime I update it tells me that "We couldn't complete the updates, Undoing changes"

I have tried the following:-DISM /F parameter-SFC /SCANNOW-Windows Update TroubleshooterEverytime I try to update my computer it does the exact same thing:"Getting Windows Ready""Restarting"then it reboots to start updating"Working on updates, 0-40% complete"after 40% it reboots and returns to update screen"Working on updates, 40-90% complete"if it reaches 90% then it will show me"We couldn't complete the updates, undoing changes"after that it reboots to the osIt has been 3 weeks now trying to solve this problem. My system performance is affected and my antivirus working extra hard is not help
