I received my new Proline V146 yesterday and wanted to start the device after charging. The screen displayed a message " Just a moment" for an hour and I shut the device down. After restarting the device went to defaultuser0 login and required a password which I did not have. I followed the steps to reset the device and it was perfect until the device went off while windows was still installing. When I started the device again there was a error message displaying on the screen " The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed.
