Microsoft has introduced into Offices x64 (2016, 2019 and 2021 editions) an serious issue where they all now start splwow64. On the Desktop this appears not to hinder a user printing but in COM automation all three products Word and Excel compete for splwow64 in a way that printing fails on the application that current does not have ownership of splwow64.exe when the print driver is RAW (not emf queuing).Of course, the process (splwow64.exe) is not suppose to be created when the printing process is already 64-bit but all the latest office updates are exhibiting this behavior for Word and Exc
