How to send bluetooth AT command to my earphone with windows api?

Hello everyone, I'm a windows c++ developer. I want to send a bluetooth AT command to earphone with window api, how to do?I found some ways from net, but need Serial Port connect line or virtual Serial Port;I want need RFCOMM to send AT command, how to do?thanks very much!!!
