How to make windows recognize earphone to audio device as quickly as Windows Settings with windows API?

Hello very one, I'm a windows c++ developer.When I connect an earphone to my laptop(windows) with bluetooth windows API, it's so slowly (about 10 seconds) to audio device after connect success. But it's so quickly to audio device in Windows Settings. How can I do? I search from net, but no invalid ways, help me.Thanks very much!!!
