(Urgent!!) system 32 folder suddenly shows many gibberish .exe files

Hi there,My system folder suddenly popped up many .exe files with gibberish yesterday (more than 220,000 .exe files). Those files were almost generated every minute when my laptop was on, and it consumes a total of over 200 GB on my C drive. Now my C drive is almost full.How should I fix the issue? Should I just delete all of them?Thanks in advance!
