My USB ports stopped working well, I would plug in my phone and it would only charge not giving me the option for file transfer, I can't even hear the connection sound of the USB.I tried updating my USB drivers, when I tried updating the USB composite device, out of curiosity I unchecked the "compatible hardware" check box and I saw unknown USB drivers (port reset failed). I figured this is the root of the issue but I thought that error should have been on the main device manager under USB. It isn't there, so I don't know how I can uninstall these unknown device since I can't see them on devic
