Download MS paint on my PC

Hello Community; I have a BRAND NEW Dell PC, OS of windows 10 Pro.I have been trying to install MS Paint on my PC , for I use paint regularly.I am sending a snapshot of an error message that I received just recently.When you see this attachment OPEN THE SNAPSHOT WITH " MICROSOFT PICTURE MANAGER " it will open.I even checked for an update, and it said that I am up to date.I am stumped as to why MS paint won't download so that I can install and use the app.Thanks for the assist.Beep01* Moved from Community Center
