Hi, I used my Beoplay EX for about half a year now. Recently the microphone stopped working on my Windows machine, it still does work with other devices, though. When checking the sound menu I can see that "Beoplay Hands Free AG" and "Beoplay EX Stereo" show up under Playback Devices. However, neither one shows up under recording devices. I tried all the common fixes I could think of, neither of them worked (see below). Do you have additional advice? I did: - reset the earbuds to factory - reinstall the windows standard drivers - removed the device via bluetoth menu and connected it again -
