Unable to select option in the advanced startup settings F1-F9

Hi, I have exact same problem of this Redirecting tried these1- changing usb port front back in all areas2- used two keyboards. Note: keyboards working on all recovery screen menus, startup selections, UEFI menus3- accessing advanced start settings from windows built in and also through recovery media usb. 4- all type of CMD command prompts for bcdeditMy objective is to select the option 7, F7PC, windows 10 pro up to date.
