so, over the past few months i have had this problem but haven't dealt with it. it will happen on average once every hour and a half of playing games on my pc, it doesn't seem to happen when i am just watching videos only when i have my camera on talking to a friend looking at something or playing games. i have a very good pc (rysen 7, 16gb ram, rx 5600xt, windows 10) right when it happens a few horizontal lines shoot across my screen before it goes black and shuts down. i can hear my devices disconnecting before it shuts down.
