Good morning Yesterday my work Microsoft account has been locked (they didn't renew it as my contract finished but I'm still working here) Yesterday morning I could log in but then, after the standby mode, both password and pin were incorrect, even if it's no true Now I have a "You're locked out" page "The wrong sing in info has been entered too many times" They ask me the recovery key ID I think I've found the keys, as I see them in my collegue's account - which I guess he's the admin But nothing works Is there a way to fix this problem? It's been 1 day without working
