Blue screen loop code critical process died

I'm sure everyone has posted a problem like this several times but I had no luck fixing my problem so, I've decided to post exactly my issue before I send it to a repair shop and hopefully fix the problem.So in short I'm stuck in a blue screen loop error code "critical process died" I've tried running it in safe mode with and without networking to no avail.
