So this started when I tried to download Sea of Thieves from the Microsoft store. It wouldn't download, and gave me the error code 0x80073CF. So, of course, I googled it and followed many many many steps and methods on how to fix it, from running a bunch of commands to disabling features. Nothing worked, so I decided I want to reinstall Windows but keep my files and data. So I downloaded the Windows 10 media creation tool to upgrade/reinstall, but when I came back after it finished, it ALSO gave me an error. This time the error was 0x8007042B - 0x4000D.
