HP Omen 15 laptop crashing and BSOD again after temporary fix

Hello. I am once again asking regarding a crashing and BSOD issue with my HP Omen 15 laptop. I previously had this issue earlier in the year and made they below thread. Redirecting the time a GPU issue was suspected so I uninstalled both the AMD and NVIDIA drivers with DDU and reinstalled them from the websites (the HP website for the AMD drivers since it was an integrated card and using the ones from the AMD website for AMD caused more crashing issues and from the NVIDIA
