After I put my password in when my Toshiba Satellite laptop the circle comes on and than black screen how do I fix this

I have a Toshiba Satellite Laptop with Windows 10. It is a work laptop.When I put my password in to unlock it, the circle starts and then it was a blue screen now it is black.How do I fix it without losing anything?
