I have two languages correctly installed on my computer - both as display and language preference (along with keyboard layouts etc). I can toggle between languages on screen but it doesn't always change the keyboard language layout. For example, after toggling to a new language keyboard layout (via windows key) it has not changed the keyboard layout when i try to create a filename in MS Windows File Explorer. Yet earlier today the language keyboard layout had successfully changed but i can't remember the specifics to know what, if anything, was different. No Windows instructions or help tell
