Unexpected kernel mode trap BSOD Windows 10

I have started having trouble with my Dell Inspiron 15 Windows 10 laptop.I uninstalled and reinstalled my Family Tree Maker 2019 software due to a problem I was having with it. The problem with that appears fixed but I’m now getting BSOD showing Unexpected Kernel Mode Trap. It reboots, and then will BSOD again, , over and over, getting quicker every time. I’ve uninstalled the Family Tree Maker software, tried booting in safe mode (still the same), I tried to install Windows Update, but it BSODs before doing it.I’ve tried Blue Screen View and got a report but I can’t see the problem, and I’ve d
