Why can't I modify my iCloud files?

I am having an issue with my iCloud files. I cannot rename them or do anything to them. However, I can create new folders but without any name... So they are added with "New folder"When I try to rename a file it says the following:I have checked the file/folder permissions and I have read and write permissions. How to fix this?
