Windows Defender service reinstalls every two minutes

Is this a Windows Defender bug or something wrong with my installation?Yes, all updates are installed.Yes, I tried to do Sfc /ScanNow and Dism /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth.I tried to delete and run (it stopped by default) this service. Nothing helps. It still reinstalls every two minutes.It only stops when I turn off the Real-time protection, but that's not a solution.Event in Event Log:A service was installed in the system.
