Hello. This problem persists several times since last week. When I removed all my files from my laptop and reinstalled Windows 10, it seems it is working fine. But days later, it crashes every time (showing BSOD frequently with stop code CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED, cannot collect error info, and restarting suddenly). Much worse is that in the middle of startup and reinstalling Windows, it crashes over and over and over again. I think that this laptop has died. Another problem is that when I unplug my laptop, minutes later my battery crashes down to 0% all the time, Why do these problems persist? I
