Hi!My computer crashed on the ground a day ago and after that, I couldn't use the headphone port as well as being able to connect to any WIFI network. Sometimes a WIFI network is appearing but instantly disappearing again. I wonder if something is broken. I checked into Device Manager -> Network adapters -> Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 3168 -> Properties, and the Device status is displaying "This device is working properly". I have restored the OS to a date prior to the crash and reset the network settings with no results. Might the issue on the physical level? A feedback would be
