I'm using windows 10 19045.3031, which should be the latest version and I don't have any updates pending. Service Host: Windows Update will keep consuming both CPU and memory until it consumes about 270MB, then it will slowly reduce memory usage to about 230MB and stop using CPU finally, but the whole process takes plenty of time. I've tried sfc /scannow but it says that Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations. This seems only happens when I am connected to the Internet before powering on.
