I'm using a HP that are window 11 but i converted it to window 10 when i use adding ultimate performance plan command it doesn't work The power scheme

It really disappointed me I really wanted to try ultimate performance I feel that high performance isn't enough for me sometime there might be a lag but then The power scheme, subgroup, or setting specified does not exist. just showed up when i tryna add ultimate performance power plan
