We have had our printer working fine, but whenever the computer is idle for a long period, or if there has been a restart, it stops working. When sending a print job, the printer wakes up, but does not print. The queue indicates the job was finished. Troubleshooter reveals no issues. I have confirmed windows updates are current. I have tried rebooting both the printer and computer.I have tried restarting the print spooler.I have tried removing and reinstalling the printer.Each time I muddle around, I can get the printer going again, but only temporarily.
