snip and sketch

To whom it may concern, My name is Luna, I like the snipping tool . It is easy to use. Now , there are snip and sketch on window 10 , I also try to use it as well . However, each time when I go to snip , I click the " new" option, then the screen become darker which make the screen is not clear to see the area I want to snip . While on Snipping tool, when I choose " new" , the screen is still bright and light , it gives me the clearly view of the area where I want to make a cut. Would you mind telling me how to change the bright of screen whenever I click " new" option on the snip and sketc
