Hello, A friend of mine is having an issue with his Gaming PC. He just had it upgraded not too long ago, but last night when he was on his computer froze (did not display an error code, only said “an error has occurred”), he rebooted and logged in and noticed all of his settings reverted back to the way they were months ago, all of his icons are gone and everything was deleted from his drives. It also said “no network adapter found” but he is hardwired in. If anyone has any insight on this, it would greatly be appreciated.
