My minecraft won’t download on xbox but I already paid on my mobile device

i downloaded minecraft on my ipad a few years ago and now i want to put it on my xbox but it’s only giving me the option of rebuying it when i already did. Do i have to buy it again on my xbox to play it? They both use the same account.
