How can I fix Windows 0xc000007b error and reboot loop?

I recently had my laptop repaired and a new screen installed. Ever since I got it back, it’s been in a reboot loop and gives the error “The operating system couldn’t be loaded because a critical system driver is missing or contains errors” with an error code of 0xc000007b. I have no reboot points on the laptop. Is there anything I can do to fix this error?
