Can't activate Windows after a hardware change

My PC was originally running Windows 10 Professional (Version 2009) before it was sent for servicing due to some issues. There was some major hardware changes on the same PC and now it is running Windows 10 Home. I have tried using the 'Troubleshoot' button in Activation under the Settings but it won't work as the Windows editions are different. Can anyone help on this?
