I've got an older desktop running a version of Windows 10 Home (full specifications below), and there seems to have been some kind of recent update that's causing a strange issue to happen whenever I click the Start button, click the Search bar, or press the Windows key. Instead of the usual start menu that I'm used to, it opens some strange new full-screen menu, which doesn't allow me to do anything I want, and has a news feed in the center.
