reg deletions need undoing?

Pursuing a suggested fix for Windows 10 telling me "managed by your organization", I performed the list of register deletions suggested at Redirecting, by DaveM121. The results were fine -- W10 no longer tells me that after the reg deletions and restart.Do I need to undo any of the deletions?
