So I've built a new PC and put Windows 10 Pro on it. I haven't activated it yet but I plan on getting an activation key sometime soon. However, when I tried changing the time zone on the computer, in Settings the option was greyed out, and in Control Panel it says "Unable to continue / You do not have permission to perform this task. Please contact your computer administrator for help." I am the only account on this PC and am an administrator on it, so I don't know what's happening.
