automatic repair loop?

I turned my PC on and the screen went black for a few minutes then shut down. When I turned it back on it opened up the automatic repair screen and whatever I press or do it just comes up again. I’ve tried pressing restart, start-up repair, Uninstall updates, reset this pc but keep my files (it says there was a problem resetting your PC. no changes were made). I’m not sure what else to try or what’s causing the issue?
