I can see a shared folder on my server from my workstation, but it says Windows cannot access \\192.168.0.**. You do not have permission

I have just had to re-install a SSD on my server PC and now the other PCs on the LAN network cannot see it. It is called SERVER, but on Windows E it shows as 192.168.0.**, not 'SERVER'.I have made sure it is on the same workgroup and have set the folder permissions to share to Everybody. I have checked the other PCs on the LAN and they have the same problem, they can see the shared folder when they type \\192.168.0.** into Windows E, but no permission to access.Please advise.
