I'm trying to enable CAC authentication on on IIS. I've followed multiple instructions online which all seem to be consistent in terms of what to do. Additionally I have gone through my server manager again and installed both "client certificate mapping authentication and IIS Client Certificate Mapping Auth". I also checked the permissions, made sure the the read only option was checked off as well, and firewall settings. The only difference between the guides I've followed and what I'm doing is trying to run it through port 8443 rather then 443. I get this error message HTTP Error 403.4 - Fo
